the art is really cute. The camera should go towards the puddle currently selected (you can easily use cinemachine for that, a free asset), so you can see where you're going. Don't make the options button visible, just have the player press esc, or P. Also, I'd suggest a tutorial. It's not really intuitive, so knowing what to do would make the whole thing way better. IMO, the balls should refill 2 action points, not one, it doesn't feel very rewarding to just not lose points for getting balls. It looks promising, theese things are all very fixable :)
